Conover Acquires Assets of CWRI

Prosser, WA – Conover Insurance recently announced the acquisition of the assets of Centeral Washington Realty and Insurance on October 1, 2008. While the name is changing, your service representatives, Cindy Andrews, Sue Allec, and Janeel Hemming will continue to handle the primary responsibilities and day to day management of all accounts.

Conover Insurance, Inc. was founded in Yakima in 1923 and incorporated in 1981. It is a full-service brokerage offering personal insurance, commercial lines, employee benefits, life, health and financial services from offices in Tri-Cities, Yakima, Kirkland, Prosser. The agency represents dozens of carriers, including, Mutual of Enumclaw, Safeco, Progressive and Hartford. In only seven years, Conover’s overall premium volume has expanded from $50 million to $200 million and its workforce has increased from 50 to nearly 150 full-time employees.
